Moooo duck

Once upon a time, roughly a year ago, I was thinking about strong expressions in English that can insult a gentleman. Insulting a female in English is equally difficult, as compared to Russian language only few words exist in English that can express outrage and can potentially insult someone. In Russian the array of the words and expressions for being rude and insulting is mind-blowingly wide. So, I came up with the elaborate explanation, only suitable for gentlemen as following: sir, if we agree that there is some relationship between the gentle matter contained in round body parts, namely between the gray matter in the head called brain and the gentle matter in the testicles of two balls, we can agree that the more matter in the "big ball" can mean less matter in the "small balls". I would suggest then that your two balls are, contrary, too big! :) Which meant roughly that I tried to insult the gentleman of being stupid and lacking brain matter in his head. After some time I discovered that in Russian just one word describes the whole consept perfectly, this word being "мудак".

P.S. for children: in Russian we have expression "as good as a cow skating on ice", in English I can suggest "the difference is like between a cow and a duck on ice" - meaning that those two creatures are equally clumsy on ice, but if the cow will break through the ice she will have much more problems compared to a duck.
